These unique villas represent the idea of a tropical paradise, in terms of beauty and uniqueness in its architecture, designed with the intent of a total and complete mix with the wonderful nature of Zanzibar. All electricity and hot water are produced by solar power only. The two villas are on the beach and both settled on share a 2000 Sqm shared a tropical garden and a private infinity pool.

Main villa consists 6 rooms eventual kid room and 3 toilets, Kitchen, dining, living and a pool view porch located in the ground floor of the main Villa. A magic terrace with an amazing all-round view of the Indian ocean. The Senior Villa accommodates up to 12 people (6 rooms) + eventual kid room. And on the other Villa has 2 King eventual kid room, Kitchen, dining, living and sea view porch and terrace.
Service building (kitchen, store, laundry, staff toilet, technical room for solar system) + office.
2 shallow wells and 60k littler water reserves. Both villas rooms can be rented separately.

If required one or both villas can be rented privately as complete units. Ideal also as a wonderful location to organize special events, weddings or parties. Each villa consists of two separate wings spread over two floors (ground floor +1) and are accessible from the common areas.
